Our service team has almost 50 years of experience in helping customers with their access control needs, and have a great team of technicians on our side to help you with your properties from multifamily apartments to single family homes. We are an approved vendor with the majority of property management companies which makes easy for us to help get your problems resolved quickly.


We do not charge extra for travel time or for welding, and we have our trucks stocked with parts so we can repair the majority of items on site. We provide preventative maintenance - $140 for up to 2 gates and $70 per gate for any additional gates. This includes: testing all safety devices (photo eyes, vehicle loops), checking tension/wear on belts, pulleys, sprockets, and chains, adjusting gate limits, adjust and lubricate chain and needed replacement of worn or damaged parts.


Same day service available. We service all of LA, Orange and Ventura Counties in California and Northern Utah. Onsite Services include: Mechanical, Access Control and Gate Repair. Community Controls services slide and swing gate operators, key pads, telephone systems, magnetic locks, broken guide rollers and much more.
